The Fantasy Book Collector Awards 2015

The Fantasy Book Collector Awards 2015 – It’s that time of the year The Man Booker has been awarded, the Gemmell’s have been handed out and the Hugo’s have had its usual controversy. To show my support  of a mesmerising year of reading, I have created an awards list of my own.

Before I reveal my award winners, I would just like to take this opportunity to wish everybody a Happy Christmas & a Thank You to all those who have got involved with my site over 2015, your input as a reviewer, buyer or just simply a browser is much appreciated.

If 2016 is anything like 2015 it will be another epic year for fantasy enthusiasts. My most highly anticipated book would have to be The Last Mortal Bond by Brian Staveley released in March, other books include Calamity & Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson, This Savage Song & A Gathering of Shadows by VE Schwab & debut novel by Adrian Selby – Snakewood. I would highly expect Winds of Winter to appear in 2016 especially with the tv series ready to take the lead, I would also love to see the third Kingkiller book possibly named Doors of Stone, in March the wait will be 4 years for each – I am told good things come to those who wait.
